Personal information used by Andalucia Home Management

When registering, sending an enquiry or booking a holiday home through This Site, personal information such as name, phone number and email address will be saved in our database because Andalucia Home Management needs to communicate important information such as booking confirmation, payment reminders and other booking related information.

Should this not be the case the user will be responsible for any infringement or penalty that could be granted to the Andalucia Home Management and could indemnify and keep it harmless in this respect.
